Checked Red Shirt Dress

Hello guys!!!

I hope your week is off to a great start.I took these pictures a while ago on a day in which I was having a bit of an episode with my hair.I love this red shirt dress I got a while back in Nairobi.The checks made me fall absolutely in love with it and  in as much as it was a tad big, I knew a tailor could fix it for me.Oh my goodness, she almost ruined it when I took it to her.I was almost in tears lol!!She did something, altered the size so poorly and cut it so when I got back to her and tried it on, it was too small around the bust area.I had to find a way of somehow reversing this big big mistake and somehow managed to although I wish she hadn't tampeed with it in the first place because it would have looked even better.So I wore it with some leggings and these simple black heels that you have seen so many times:-) and you will keep seeing them because I love them so much.

So, about the hair.I undid my cornrows and did not feel like doing anything to it.I just washed it and did my best to comb it into a fro and decided to add this yellow scarf to contrast with the red I was wearing.
