Wearing A Matching Two-Piece Set : Nakuru Vacation Outfit Two

 

Hey guys! Happy Easter!

I hope you're enjoying the long Easter weekend wherever you are, but most of all I hope you're keeping safe. Well, so am I. Well the staying safe part. I would have loved to celebrate Easter at home with my family but oh well, we were locked in Nairobi, the capital by the government as a containment measure so I'm here alone. It's not so bad because I'm using this time to just recharge since I had quitea busy March. I'm also thinking, how great is it that I went on vacation right before all this happened. The third wave. I figured I'd share these images of me wearing a matching two-piece set, just something I packed on my recent vacation to Nakuru.

This matching two-piece set is easily one of my favorite things to wear. It keeps me warm because it's a knit but it's also not too heavy so no extreme heat when I wear it. I figured it would make a great vacation outfit idea because this vacation destination, that is the Ziwa Bush Lodge is located in Nakuru town that's not exactly the warmest. It was a great pick.

So, what I love the most about my matching two-piece set is the fact that usually, when not on vacation, I can always dress it up or dress it down. I can always wear it as it is or wear the matching set with something layered over or under it.

For this particular vacation outfit idea, I chose to dress it down obviously because if you watched the video on the tour of this entire resort, you know that I had to walk quite a bit to show you around. In that case, my pair of white sneakers came in really handy. They're nice and light and then go with just about everything I can think of wearing. 

I don't know how able you are to travel because I understand my readers are from different countries. However, if you are or if you're looking to travel some time in the future, a great vacation outfits idea would be to pack a few matching sets depending on the number of days you'll be gone. 

They are easy to wear because generally, the top and the bottom come together. Saves you a lot of time too. In addition to that, they look great in pictures.

In case you're wondering, I got this matching set from Dresslily, which unfortunately no longer ships to my country. I really don't understand why they stopped yet I was enjoying wearing their clothes, you know, the good ones like this matching two-piece set. 

This one's a skirt and pullover set as you can be seen and is oh so comfortable. Also, t was a perfect fit right from the start. I didn't have to adjust anything.
