Hello!I know I know. It's been a minute.Blame it on a short illness that's over thankfully. How are you guys? Valentines is just around the corner.Cute.So because of all the love in the air,I decided to post this look.A date kind of look.Just a demure one.I'm one of those people who believes dresses are not the only things you could wear on one.You can just spice up your casual pieces or play around with them like this.I'm in leggings here and a bolero too.Very simple and basic items. What brings the oomph in this look is the strapless dress.
I actually bought this strapless dress during the time when I was doing my internship.I was walking to the "matatu" stage to catch a vehicle to work but there's a shopping centre I always passed through on my way there.A lady was holding it from the pile of clothes being sold and the flowers printed on it looked beautiful, let alone the colors. She seemed to be in doubt on whether to buy it or not so I stood there watching from nearby in case she decided not to take it.My wish was granted because she ended up throwing it back to the pile and happy me walked straight to it and confirmed that it had no faults except for the fact that it was a tad big.I bought it and went straight to work.
With some adjustments by my tailor later, it was perfect for me and I love it.I wore it with everything else black because it is on its own already a statement plus I wanted to accessorize with these golden colored pieces of jewelry .A golden color looks classy.I had my bob then.I kinda miss it.I'd definitely wear this on a date with bae.Wouldn't you. There's a Valentines lookbook coming up next and a series too.
