Stripes And A Grey ButtondownJuly 06, 2016
Moving from a demure, vintage, midi dress to something a little more casual today. So because I'm 22 years young, just finished school the other day and still unemployed lol, I like to take advantage of the freedom I have to wear fun pieces.Casual outfits. When I was still in school, every now and then I'd find myself rocking a corporate look because we often had presentations and rule was that you had to look smart and classy. In short, the part.I have to say I love a high waist pencil skirt on me paired with some heels but I've put those aside for awhile.Afterall,I'm going to have to dress in official wear everyday very soon so I'm not going to rush it.Oh but I really want to start working soon.
So if you often stop by my blog, you've probably noticed that I wear these particular converse shoes alot.Well, that's not about to change anytime soon.Thing is they go with alot of wardrobe pieces I own, they're bright and most importantly very comfortable. Also,in this particular year I've really embraced the sporty chic, athleisure trend.I also love good buttons on a blazer, skirt or whatever but in this case,I've got this grey button down skirt on with a striped tee.I picked a burgundy belt and a bright yellow scarf for my bun for a pop of color.Interesting how visible my collar bones are here.Well guys,I had a friend take my pictures and well she's an amateur so please pardon the camera angling.Otherwise hope the outfit speaks more.
