Hello guys.4th of July it is already so Happy Independence Day America and most importantly ,closer to home I would like to keep a good Ugandan friend of mine in my thoughts and say Happy Birthday Dickson.I was just thinking, sometimes when you least expect it God just has a way of bringing the most amazing people to you.Again,sometimes you lose someone in a way or two but you gain many more who bring you nothing but joy and teach you important life lessons.Just thinking.Well I also realize how important it is to be thankful for the numerous blessings we've received regardless of how big or small they are and whatever or whoever form they come in.Freedom , independence is also included there so count your blessings USA.Food for thought.

So ,about the dress.If you follow me on Instagram @sophie_atieno  you've seen one of these pictures.Found it thrifting amongst a pile of vintage dresses and loved it for the very decent length and demure make.I thought the sleeves looked a little funny ,just a little but not quite a problem.I figured it's perfect for church especially and a good addition to my wardrobe.I'm trying to increase my collection of skirts and dresses of this length.I just paired it with some sandals and a red clutch.Don't you just love the buttons ?
