Wearing A Little Black Dress To A Golf Event

I hope you're doing well. So am I and I am really happy to be back here, on my blog where I just really love to talk about fashion. So first of all, where have I been? Well, to begin with, i lost a cousin so July was spent handling her send-off and then unfortunately, i fell terribly sick within that period. I was sick for almost three weeks but I thank God I am completely healed now. I hope wherever you are, you are in the best of health.

So, today i would like to share this great outfit I wore to a gold event earlier this year when it was still bright and sunny. it's currently extremely cold in my country and I just really hate cold weather. This is a little black dress outfit idea.

So, at some point earlier in the year, a very good friend of mine got me ticket to a golf event that would end in a concert every single evening after the tournament. I wondered what to wear to the event on the two days that I was to attend but somehow, I got a great balance between what to wear to a sporting event and a concert. So this was the look for the second day.

Raise your hand if a little black dress has saved you more than a few times:-). I'm sure a lot can say that has indeed happened to them. There are plenty of little black dress outfit ideas for just about anything you can think of don't you think?

So, I bought this little black dress last year and it had actually never been worn. This was the moment. I loved it first because it isn't too short so it allows you to very comfortably sit anywhere. It's also made from a material type that can't be blown away by the wind. The dress is also a skater dress one making it flattering for anything.

To add the icing to the cake, this little black dress was great for a golf event because it looks like a top and A-line skirt. It also has a little collar and we all knw even golfers wear collars when playing the game.

Being black, it was easy to pair it with shoes. I went for these great Mary Janes that I got in a nice nude color. I also went for a burgundy bag and added a nice red berret. I also went with some sunnies to give my outfit an edge.

So, judging from the very many photos, I'm sure you can tell that I really loved the entire look and it photographed even better against all the green behind me. It was simply amazing. I hope you liked my black dress look and that it somehow inspires you to dress up even when you're going to watch a sporting activity.
