First Time In Spain, Pamplona: Skater Dress Outfit

I hope you are all doing great. I know, I know. long time no see. Well, I do apologize for that but thankfully I just have so much content to share with you. I have had an amazing few months for the most part, save for a few downs. The highs are so many. As you can see, I am currently in Spain.

For anyone who has known me for a while, you know that travelling to Europe had always been one of my biggest dreams. Well the biggest was specifically to travel to France, be able to stay there, to learn the language, the amazing culture and all, but there was always the option of Spain. I  made it to the latter and I have been here for almost two months. Happy  to say I am incredibly happy about that. Super thankful for the blessing of being here

I've been living in Pamplona for a couple of months and I love how pretty the little city is. However, I hate the cold so so much lol. As an African girl, temperatures of below 10 degrees are things that I am just not used to. However, there have been some sunny days like the ones that allowed me to wear this skater dress outfit and even take these pictures.

Pamplona is on the north of Spain just near the Basque region. It's in Navarra. For the most part to me it feels like winter even though we are in Spring heading to the summer. That said though, I will talk just a bit about the outfit. I will be telling you bits of my time here as I keep posting to return my blog back to life.

So I got this skater dress while thrifting in Nairobi a while back. I absolutely love it as it is in a nice shade of blue. When I got it, it was quite big, perhaps two sizes bigger than what I would normally wear so of course I sought my ever amazing tailor for some help because I really wanted to be able to wear this great dress some day and well, I'm glad I packed it to Pamplona, Spain.

On this day, I was super excited for the weather which is amazingly ever so accurate as per what people read on weather apps and channels, unlike in Kenya where we just play a guessing game and never quite get it right. We feel too hot in Kenya and conclude the rain will fall as that cannot be genuine sunshine, and so on lol. Anyway, this was the perfect day for a skater dress outfit.

I have always loved a skater dress with a good pair of sneakers. It's even better if I have a denim jacket to add just like I had over here. A skater dress outfit with sneakers is the best way to remain chic but comfortable, sporty and edgy. I often reach for white ones because of their versatility. 

I wore a black pair of sunglasses, definitely my favorite pair. i also accessorized with a crystal, silver necklace and went for a black bag. Of course, I always have earrings on. it's the one accessory I never leave out.

Well, that's where I have been lately, Spain. I will be mixing up posts here and there, by this I mean from Kenya and Spain because there is still so much I never got to share.
